		<description>Congratulations on the birth of your daughter!!  
I agree, those in educational administration should have a requirement that they have been a teacher.  It is hard to lead a school if you don&#039;t have a clear vision of how it all works.  I would also say that administrators should be required to spend time in each classroom in their schools.  If they aren&#039;t in the classroom, it is hard to make decisions that will affect those classrooms.</description>

Please remember that it is not just the Superintendent or the Principals in the leadership role. You have elected officials who must be put into the mix. They are THE final say. If they don&#039;t get it, you will not see the changes that you desire. 

Your administrative team can do a bang up job of selling these ideas, but if the Board wants to balk on the decisions that will take the district in new directions, you&#039;re sunk.</description>
